I've been getting the mango flavor for just under two years and it was great. However they just changed the flavor after moving production to a new facility...and the new flavor is absolutely awful IMO. Have to cancel my subscription sadly because I can't drink the new flavor. It's sooo bad. I hope they can figure out how to bring back the old one!

I'm used to finding a small clump occasionally, but in this cannister it was frequent, so I trawled the top layer of the cannister---I'm going to attempt to attach a photo below of all the clumps I got out (and that's not even digging to the middle or bottom of the cannister.) I waited to go through a couple tubs before I wrote my review. As a discerning consumer I’m not quick to try new products or supplements without at least a month of usage. I tried this product on a recommendation from a friend whose partner and father lift weights. He said they rave about it and feel a difference when they're not taking it. I've only been taking it for a few weeks and haven't noticed any difference. The serving size is 5 capsules, which is a bit much but doable. The smell and taste is harsh. Maybe the powders are better?

Received my latest order last week. I received a Very Berry flavor alongside the normal original raspberry flavor. However upon opening the top, I found the protective seal partially open and the powder all gummed and clumped up. Pics to follow.

I. Am. Amino has made ot possible to breeze through the fasting phase of my intermittent fasting regimen without fear of losing muscle mass. My previous protein powders were too high in carbs and reduced the effectiveness of my efforts. The flavor was a little off-putting at first, but I mix it with a flavored electrolyte water enhancer and drink it over crushed ice. I find it refreshing and as I've become accustomed to it I look forward to it.
Thank you for making clean Tablets - without Monk fruit. I cannot take the powder because I react to monk fruit. ( stevia is fine with me). I could not find ingredients on tablets on website, so my picture is to help others with that question. I like the one scoop sizing. Taste is actually the best I have tried, even my daughter who has some rather sensitive taste buds thought it ok.
Ordered the powder and the tablets. Delivery to the UK was really fast. The tablets are big so if you are not comfortable with swallowing tablets go for the powder. 10 tablets is the equivalent of 1 scoop of powder. The only real advantage of the tablets over the powder is there is no taste. The taste of the powder (raspberry) is OK. It is palatable (not delicious but not awful either). At the end of the day you are not buying it for taste but to hit those protein targets! I find that the powder does seem to be more satiating than the tablets - not that it matters but which could be helpful if you are fasting. I am observing a strictly high protein / low carb diet and IAA is definitely contributing to that and the resultant associated fat loss.
